Sarah Noponen BS BVMS PgDipVPH MRCVS
Managing DirectorMy veterinary journey began in 2003, starting as a high school volunteer and pet store assistant. I earned my BS in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I gained diverse experience in microbiology labs, camelid farms, and animal shelters.
In 2015, I graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVMS) and a PG Diploma in Veterinary Public Health. My global career spans the US, UK, South Africa, Malta, and Egypt, covering small animals, wildlife, and equines.
Based in the North East since 2017, I also qualified as an Official Veterinarian (OV) in 2021. Veterinary medicine is my true passion; I am dedicated to treating every patient with the same level of care and compassion I would provide to my own pets.

ReceptionistI have worked as a receptionist for nearly five years and I love my job. After working in a practice I decided I wanted a change, and the thought of working for a mobile vet was an amazing opportunity.
I love all animals, and the idea of pets being seen in the comfort of their own home is fantastic, especially for anxious pets. I enjoy getting to know all the clients and their pets, although sometimes calls can be a little challenging when difficult decisions have to be made.
Like me, I’m sure many people see their pets not just as animals but as a huge part of their family. That is why I love my job – being able to provide the support and care that owners need during both happy and difficult times.

Veterinary Care AssistantI’m a dedicated veterinary care assistant with 8 years of experience in the veterinary field. I’m passionate about all animals, with a particular love for large breed dogs. Working for a mobile veterinary service, I get to travel across the beautiful North East, providing care to pets in the comfort of their homes. I find fulfillment in being there for both the animals and their owners, especially during challenging times like euthanasia. I take great pride in delivering compassionate, personalized care, and I’m committed to supporting my clients through every step of their pets’ journey.
