Founded in 2018, Vets on The Meowve was launched by veterinary nurse Christine Dixon, with a simple but powerful mission: to make veterinary care more accessible, less stressful, and truly centred around the needs of both pets and their owners.
We recognised that traditional trips to the vet can be overwhelming for everyone from nervous pets to busy households to owners juggling work and family life. Long waits, unfamiliar environments, and travel can all add unnecessary stress to what should be a caring, supportive experience.

Our fully equipped mobile veterinary units bring professional, high-quality care directly to your doorstep. Led by experienced veterinary surgeons and supported by registered veterinary nurses, we provide a wide range of services from routine check-ups and preventative care to diagnostics, dental treatments, and minor surgical procedures – all within the comfort of your home.
This approach allows us to deliver calmer, more personalised care, where pets feel safe in familiar surroundings and owners have the time and space to ask questions, understand treatment options, and feel fully supported.
