Vets on the Meowve Three Counties was created from a shared passion for providing veterinary care that is personal, compassionate, and tailored to each pet’s individual needs.
Led by Jennifer Cronshaw RVN and Harriet Nicholson MRCVS, our team combines years of veterinary experience across nursing, medicine, surgery, and patient care. With a love for all animals — from cats and dogs to small mammals, birds, and reptiles — we are passionate about making high-quality veterinary care more accessible and less stressful.
Having spent many years working in traditional practice environments, we understand that visiting the vets can sometimes feel overwhelming for both pets and their owners. We believe that bringing veterinary care into the comfort of your home allows us to create a calmer experience, build stronger relationships, and provide the time and attention every patient deserves.
Together, we proudly support pets and their families across the Three Counties area, bringing professional, friendly veterinary care directly to your doorstep.
Our mission is simple — exceptional veterinary care, delivered with kindness, understanding, and heart.
Harriet graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011 and has worked in veterinary practice ever since. With a passion for all animals, she has experience caring for cats, dogs, small mammals, reptiles and birds, and gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Exotic Animal Practice in 2019. Harriet loves building relationships with pets and their owners, providing individual care tailored to each patient. She believes home visits help reduce stress and create a calmer experience for animals. She also has a special interest in supporting older pets. Outside of work, Harriet enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, managing her allotment and spending time with her own collection of pets.
Originally from Edinburgh, Jen graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2016 with a BSc in Veterinary Nursing. Since then, she has worked in small animal practice, gaining experience caring for cats, dogs, birds, reptiles and small furries. Jen enjoys many areas of general practice, with a particular interest in anaesthesia and nurse consultations, especially supporting older patients. She is passionate about providing a mobile veterinary service, believing that caring for pets in their own homes creates a calmer experience and allows for a higher standard of care for both patients and clients. Although she doesn’t currently have pets of her own, Jen loves visiting her family in Edinburgh and spending time with their Westie and Bernese Mountain Dog. Outside of work, Jen is kept busy chasing after her energetic toddler. When she gets a quiet moment, she enjoys swimming, reading and baking.
